We will discuss and collaborate to decide whether the best treatment for you includes psychotherapy alone, medication management, or a combination of the two.

The initial consultation is 90 minutes and follow-up appointments are either 45 minutes (psychotherapy +/- medication management) or 25 minutes (just medication management).

Some patients choose to meet weekly for psychotherapy and others choose to meet every other week, once a month, or every three months to check in. We will decide together what the right frequency is for you.

To provide you with the best possible care and attention, I do not accept insurance and am an out-of-network provider. You pay me directly via credit card, bank transfer, or check, and I will give you an invoice that you may submit for reimbursement. It depends on your insurance how much you will get back. If you would like to check with your insurance company how much they will cover, below are the appointment codes:

  • 90 minute initial consultation: 99205
  • 45 minute appointment: 99214 plus 90836
  • 25 minute appointment: 99214 plus 90833

If the visit is via telehealth, please add -95 to the end of each code

If you need to change the time of your appointment, I am happy to accommodate you the same day as your appointment if I have time available. Otherwise, I need 48 hours notice to change an appointment without charging for the full appointment.
