In addition to seeing patients in person, I also provide telehealth—via a HIPAA compliant digital health app, Spruce Health—as an option to those in New York, Connecticut, Florida, and California.
Telehealth is a safe, convenient, and effective way to get the help that you need.
You may choose a hybrid approach (see me in person sometimes and via video sometimes) or you may choose to solely see me via video sessions.

Please note that once the Federal State of Emergency for Covid-19 ends, the DEA will likely reinstate the law that patients must be seen in person once before they can be prescribed a controlled substance (which would include medications such as Ativan or Klonopin for anxiety or stimulants for ADHD).
After the initial in person visit, controlled substances may be prescribed via telehealth.
